The Taste-Test Hotfix 1.4.4-36F4 for PlateUp! addresses a visual bug with the Nut Roast dish, simplifies plant rewards for more variety, and restores heat level selection during franchise runs.

What's new
The latest hotfix for PlateUp!, version 1.4.4-36F4, dubbed the Taste-Test Hotfix, is a small but focused patch tackling a handful of issues introduced in recent updates alongside a long-standing visual bug.
The most notable general fix addresses the Nut Roast dish, which was failing to display its split animation correctly. Players should now see the visual behave as intended when the dish is divided.
On the balance side, plant rewards have been reworked to use a simplified distribution system, meaning players should encounter a wider and more varied selection of plants over the course of a run. Additionally, the ability to choose your heat level when starting a franchise run, which had gone missing, has been restored.
