R.E.P.O. | Game Over & the Disposal Arena

If your entire team fails to meet the quota and everyone dies, you are sent to the Disposal Arena, the game over location. The Taxman humiliates you with emojis before dropping you into the arena in a tumble state. Two minigames can be randomly selected: Battle Ring or Scout Race. The winner becomes the King of the Losers and wears a crown until the next arena sequence.

The Battle Ring is an octagonal platform surrounded by the void. Players are dropped onto it with a dramatic soundtrack. The platform is riddled with shop weapons and valuables to use against each other. Three circular platforms make up the ring, with each outer one collapsing as time passes until the entire ring disappears. A crown sits in the centre, the last player alive grabs it and becomes King of the Losers.

Scout Race is a go-kart race using Scout vehicles. Players race against each other chasing a flying crown. Each player spawns in a Scout with a 3-2-1 countdown before being dropped onto the starting platform. The platforms drop over time, a timer at the top of the screen shows how close the current platform is to falling. Get ahead and reach new platforms before yours drops.
